Description

A creamy and delicious Espresso Martini Mocktail that combines oat milk creamer, cinnamon simple syrup, and freshly brewed espresso for a non-alcoholic, frothy coffee cocktail perfect for any time of day.

Main Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz creamer, cream, or milk (oat milk creamer recommended)
  • 1 oz cinnamon simple syrup (or other simple syrup)
  • 1 shot freshly brewed espresso
  • Handful of ice
  • ½ tsp cacao powder
  • 3 coffee beans for garnish


Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: Add the creamer, cinnamon simple syrup, and freshly brewed espresso into a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add Ice and Shake: Add a good handful of ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 10 seconds to chill and mix the ingredients.
  3. Optional Dry Shake: For an extra foamy espresso martini, strain the ice out of the shaker and shake vigorously again without ice.
  4. Strain and Garnish: Strain the mocktail into a coupe glass, dust the surface with cacao powder, and garnish with 3 coffee beans before serving.

Notes

  • This mocktail is creamy, easy to make, and always a crowd-pleaser.
  • You can use decaffeinated espresso to make a decaf version.
